Refund Policy

Digital Products & Shop Purchases

1. Digital Products

All digital products (themes, plugins, and other downloadable items) sold through our shop are delivered instantly upon payment. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been made available for download.

Analytics Subscriptions

Analytics dashboard subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis. Subscription-specific refund terms:

  • Monthly Billing: Charges occur at the start of each billing period. No pro-rated refunds are offered for partial billing periods.
  • Cancellation Timing: You may cancel your subscription anytime through your PayPal subscription settings. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access through the paid period.
  • Payment Failures: If a payment fails, you receive a 7-day grace period to update your payment method before the subscription is suspended. No refunds are offered for services used during the grace period.
  • Reactivation: You may reactivate a cancelled subscription within 30 days by subscribing again through the client portal.
  • No Pro-Rated Refunds: If you cancel mid-cycle, you will not receive a refund for the remainder of the billing period. Your subscription and analytics access remain active until the period ends.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered at our sole discretion in the following circumstances:

  • The product is materially defective and cannot function as described.
  • The product was not delivered or made available for download due to a technical error on our end.
  • A duplicate purchase was made in error (same product, same account).

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase by contacting us through the client portal.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • You changed your mind after purchasing.
  • The product does not meet your subjective expectations but functions as described.
  • You lack the technical knowledge to install or use the product.
  • You purchased the wrong product without contacting us first.
  • Your hosting environment does not meet the product requirements.

4. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue is considered a violation of this policy. In the event of an unauthorized chargeback, we reserve the right to revoke your product license, terminate your client portal access, and pursue recovery of the disputed amount along with any associated fees.

5. How to Request Support

If you experience any issues with your purchase, please contact us through the client portal messaging system. We are committed to resolving any legitimate issues promptly and will work with you to find a satisfactory solution before any refund is considered.

6. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved based on the exceptions outlined in Section 2, the following process applies:

  • Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days of approval.
  • Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method via PayPal.
  • License Revocation: Upon refund approval, your license key will be deactivated immediately.
  • Portal Access: Download access for the refunded product will be revoked from your client portal.
  • Partial Refunds: Partial refunds are not offered for bundled products purchased with add-ons. The entire order must be refunded if approved.

7. Custom Development Services

Refunds for custom development projects (commissions) are governed separately under our Terms and Conditions. Please refer to those terms for project-specific refund policies.
