1. License Grant
When you purchase a digital product from our shop, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use that product subject to the terms outlined on this page.
What's Included:
- Product files (themes, plugins, templates, assets)
- Free updates within the same major version (e.g., version 1.x updates)
- 30 days of technical support for installation and configuration via the client portal
- Access to product documentation and setup guides
- License key for product activation (where applicable)
Installation Rights:
Each license permits installation on one domain only. Multi-domain usage requires purchasing additional licenses.
2. Permitted Uses
You are permitted to:
- Install and use the product on the domain specified in your license
- Use the product for commercial purposes (e.g., gaming communities, client projects, business websites)
- Use the product on staging/development environments in addition to your licensed production domain
3. Restrictions
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- No Modifications: You may not modify, alter, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on the product files in any way.
- No Redistribution: You may not resell, share, redistribute, sublicense, or otherwise make the product available to third parties.
- No Source File Sharing: Sharing product files with others is prohibited.
- No Credit Removal: Copyright notices, developer credits, and attribution must remain intact and visible.
- Single Installation: One license = one domain. Installing on multiple domains without additional licenses violates this agreement.
- No Commercial Derivatives: You may not create competing themes, templates, or products based on our work for commercial sale or distribution.
- No License Key Sharing: License keys are unique to your purchase and must not be shared with unauthorized parties.
Violation of these restrictions will result in immediate license revocation without refund, termination of portal access, and potential legal action for commercial infringement.
4. Product-Specific Terms
XenForo Products
- Requires a valid XenForo 2.2+ license (not included)
- Must comply with XenForo's own licensing requirements
- Compatible with XenForo Enhanced Search and Resource Manager
- Theme customizations must not violate XenForo's Terms of Service
Tebex Products
- Requires an active Tebex store subscription (not included)
- Compatible with Minecraft server platforms (as specified in product description)
- Must be installed on the Tebex domain listed in your license
Bundled Products
If you purchase a bundle containing multiple products, each component is subject to its respective platform requirements and licensing terms. Bundle pricing does not transfer licenses across platforms.
5. Support & Updates
Technical Support
- 30-Day Support Window: Free technical support is included for 30 days after purchase via the client portal messaging system.
- Support Scope: Assistance with installation, configuration, and bug fixes related to the original product.
- Not Covered: Customizations you've made, third-party add-on conflicts, hosting environment issues, or platform-specific problems.
- Response Time: We aim to respond within 1-2 business days, though complex issues may take longer to resolve.
Product Updates
- Minor Version Updates (1.x): Free lifetime updates for bug fixes, security patches, and minor enhancements.
- Major Version Upgrades (2.0+): Offered as paid upgrades at a discounted rate for existing customers.
- Update Access: All updates are available through your client portal download area.
- Best-Effort Compatibility: We strive to maintain compatibility with future platform versions but cannot guarantee it.
Modified Files: If you've customized product files, support for those modifications is not included. We recommend keeping original files as backups before customizing.
6. Analytics Subscriptions
Some products include optional analytics dashboard subscriptions. These are billed separately on a recurring monthly basis and include the following terms:
Billing & Renewal
- Monthly subscription billed at your selected tier price
- Auto-renews each month until cancelled via PayPal subscription settings
- Billing occurs at the start of each monthly period
- Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
Usage Limits
- Each tier includes a monthly pageview limit (see pricing page for current tiers)
- Pageview tracking is accurate and counted via our analytics proxy
- At 80% of limit, you receive a warning notification
- At 100% of limit, tracking continues with a 10% grace allowance (up to 110% total)
- Exceeding 110% blocks new tracking until the next billing cycle — no overage charges applied
Cancellation
- Cancel anytime through your PayPal subscription settings
- Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period
- No pro-rated refunds for partial months
- Analytics dashboard access remains active through the end of the paid period
- Historical data is retained for 30 days after cancellation

7. Warranty Disclaimer
Digital products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Compatibility: We do not guarantee compatibility with all hosting environments, server configurations, or future platform versions.
- Third-Party Conflicts: We are not responsible for conflicts with third-party add-ons, plugins, or modifications.
- Fitness for Purpose: While we test products thoroughly, we cannot guarantee they will meet your specific needs or expectations.
- Uninterrupted Operation: We do not warrant that products will be error-free or operate without interruption.
Limitation of Liability: Our maximum liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. In the event of a material defect, a refund of the purchase price is your sole remedy (see Refund Policy).
8. License Transfer & Domain Changes
Domain Transfer: You may transfer your license to a different domain once every 90 days by submitting a request through the client portal. Provide the new domain and reason for transfer. Transfers are approved at our discretion.
Account Transfer: Licenses are tied to your client account and are non-transferable to other individuals or entities. Selling or gifting your license to another party is prohibited.
Business Succession: In the event of business acquisition or succession, contact us to discuss license transfer options.
